The Bristol Wave HQ is located in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, on the south side of the Ship Canal and between the Ballard Bridge and the Fremont Bridge. Our corporate office provides working space for about 25 administrative employees, and sometimes a dog or two.
The BWS HR team handles recruiting, benefits administration, claims adjusting and management of injuries, compliance, and the coordination of crew travel to and from Dutch Harbor, AK.
Our finance department, using ERP software, handles payroll accounting, AR & AP, capital projects, depreciation, financial projections and budgeting.
The BWS sales team works with customers worldwide to deliver sustainable, wild caught cod, sablefish, and Greenland turbot both domestically and internationally. Our contract administrators manage freight and shipping on a global scale.
The operations team manages quota allocations, sets the fishing plan, ensures compliance with NOAA, NMFS, and ADFG, and also maintains a port engineering team at the nearby Maritime Industrial Center.
